One of the things you have to think about when your fired is “What am I going to do with my Uniform?”  You could use it as rags, wear it to spite someone, throw it away, bury it in your closet, give it to some co-workers that still work there, or do what I do; burn it in a bone fire while you dance around the fire naked.  

When Michigan fired head football coach Rich Rodriquez it makes you wonder; would he really burn all of his Michigan clothes and dance around them naked?  That’s both dangerous and disgusting.  But Rich Rod did another thing people do with the uniforms when they get fired from a job; He gave all his clothes to Salvation Army

Rich Rod went to a Salvation Army, halfway between Ann Arbor and Detroit, and said “here are all my clothes have fun”. The Salvation Army decided to auction off a lot of his items off in a sale.  Tons of people showed up and the Salvation Army netted $13,000 for their troubles.   Not bad but since it is Michigan clothing I would have opted for the large bond fire.
