Halestorm rang in the new year this past Saturday night (December 31), performing to a packed house in Allentown, Pennsylvania at Crocodile Rock. The band held their goblets high as they counted down to the stroke of midnight, bidding farewell to 2011 and welcoming 2012 with open arms. The band then surprised the crowd by debuting a brand new song.

As confetti and balloons dropped from the ceiling, the band launched into the new song, tentatively titled ‘Here’s To Us.’ The song served as a very fitting way to welcome a new year of exciting happenings in both their career and personal lives.

‘Here’s To Us’ will be one of the new songs found on the forthcoming Halestorm record. The band’s frontwoman, Lzzy Hale, recently opened up about the new album, saying it’s filled with “some of the most personal songs I’ve ever written.”

Fans can anticipate hearing more new Halestorm music in the coming months when the first single from the new record hits radio airwaves. According to Hale “You should be getting a single from us in February".
