2013 figures to be a big year of new music...not only are we expecting new material from Black Sabbath, Pearl Jam, Tool, Motley Crue, and Judas Priest, Alice In Chains has just completed recording the follow-up to 2009’s Black Gives Way To Blue which will be the band’s second record with singer William DuVall.

Joined by bassist Mike Inez and drummer Sean Kinney, and Guitarist Jerry Cantrell, the band recently wrapped up the album sessions with producer Nick Raskulinecz (Rush, Foo Fighters, Deftones) and engineer Paul Figueroa.

Alice In Chains currently have two 2013 live dates on their schedule: UK’s Download Festival on June 14 and Brazil’s Rock In Rio on September 13.
