Sad news in the rock world on Tuesday. Former Alice In Chains bassist Mike Starr was found dead, TMZ reports. His body was discovered in a Salt Lake City residence.

Mike had struggled with drug problems for many years, even appearing on a season of "Celebrity Rehab." Last month he was arrested for drug possession. Mike laid down some sweet bass action for Alice In Chains through 1993. RIP Mike, the rock world will miss you.
