A deranged murderer in Winnepeg, Canada has decided it's time to start takin' out his fellow Canadians with a sawed-off shotgun. If that's not weird enough for ya... apparently while he commits these heinous acts..he dresses like a ninja AND rides a bicycle.

Pretty sure ninjas don't use guns dude. It would be cool if he met his end in a vicious sword-fight with a canadian wielding a hockey stick!
