Anthrax guitarist Scott Ian will release his autobiography in 2014.
Why a book? Because Ian thinks his story can connect with anyone and if he was able to make the life he wanted for himself happen, then anyone can. Ian say's he's really looking forward to be writing a book because the idea of getting forty-something years of stuff out of his brain and onto the page seems very therapeutic. Plus, if he didn't do it now, he thinks he would start forgetting and not be able to share all of these killer stories.
Titled I’m The Man, Ian’s memoirs will be released next year and will explore the guitarist’s unbelievable rise from a “nerdy Jewish boy in Queens, New York” to one of the most popular metal guitarists of all time.
