BLACK SABBATH LIVE FOOTAGE FROM 1975 UNVEILED

Currently in the studio recording their highly-anticipated reunion album, heavy metal pioneers Black Sabbath have released a 25-minute video clip of the group’s 1975 performance on ‘Don Kirshner’s Rock Concert’ that reminds fans of just how great classic Sabbath really were.

Posted to Sabbath’s official YouTube channel, the clip featured above offers the group’s original lineup of Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward performing the songs ‘Killing Yourself to Live’, ‘Hole in the Sky’, ‘Snowblind,’ ‘War Pigs’ and ‘Paranoid.’

The group were promoting their sixth studio album, ‘Sabotage,’ which featured ‘Hole in the Sky’ as its lead track. ‘Don Kirshner’s Rock Concert’ ran in syndication from 1973 until 1981, featuring many of the top rock acts of that era performing live in concert — a rarity in those days when most “live” music performances on television were lip-synched. Sabbath’s original lineup would last for just two more albums before Osbourne’s forced departure, after which he became one of the unlikeliest solo superstars ever.

Black Sabbath (minus Bill Ward) are currently in the recording studio with producer Rick Rubin working on ’13′ — the group’s first studio record to feature Osbourne on vocals since 1978′s ‘Never Say Die.’ Sitting in the drummer’s chair is Brad Wilk from Rage Against The Machine. The album is due for release in June.

  • Pop Evil Unleash New Single "Trenches" Off Upcoming Album "Onyx"

    Pop Evil

Pop Evil are literally just wrapping up their new album, but the band is so excited about the disc that they’ve already decided to share some new music. The group just took to their Facebook page to debut the new single ‘Trenches,’ which can also be heard in the player below.

The hard-driving track is filled with powerful drumming, some chugging guitar riffs and frontman Leigh Kakaty’s in-your-face belting about coming out of the trenches and being ready for a fight. The vocalist says about the song, “It’s about our battles. Not focusing on the things we can’t control, if we really want to be a band that stands the test of time we have to write the music that connects. We have to dig our way out of the trenches.”

Pop Evil also revealed that the title of their forthcoming album will be ‘Onyx.’ The disc is due May 14 and the band is ready to carry the flag for rock ‘n’ roll again. They state, “It’s a matter of time before rock ‘n’ roll is in the forefront again and we want to be part of that.”

‘Onyx’ follows 2011′s ‘War of Angels’ album, which featured the singles ‘Last Man Standing,’ ‘Save the World,’ ‘Monster You Made’ and ‘Boss’s Daughter.’ Take a listen to the ‘Trenches’ single below and if you like what you hear, it’s available for purchase on iTunes here.

(CBS News)  Last month we saw a toddler steal the spotlight at his dad's concert with his impressive dance moves. And it was adorable.

Now we get to see a little boy steal the spotlight (and our hearts) all over again during intermission at a Rascal Flatts concert below.

As you can see, he literally ended up stealing the spotlight! The cute, candid moment was captured by YouTube user msklkxo at the Rascal Flatts concert in Pikeville, KY, on February 23rd and is spreading like... well, I'd say like wildfire, but it seems more apt to compare it to the passion and impressive dance moves that this young boy demonstrates in spades. You go, boy!

PANTERA’S CLASSIC SONGS TURNED INTO LULLABIES BY TWINKLE TWINKLE LITTLE ROCK STAR

    By Loudwire.com

Pantera‘s music has long served as inspiration for knocking somebody out, but for parents seeking a more responsible method to put their kids to sleep, a new CD, ‘Lullaby Versions of Pantera,’ has just been released by Twinkle Twinkle Little Rock Star.

Twinkle Twinkle Little Rock Star is a brand that has released over 100 discs of lullabies inspired by the biggest names in rock, classic rock, pop, country, alternative, ’80s, R&B, jam band, holiday, soundtrack, and of course, metal music. The delightfully evil metal section of the lullaby catalogue already contains albums based on the music of Metallica, Iron Maiden, Slayer, Avenged Sevenfold, Dream Theater, and now, the almighty Pantera. An disc based on the music of Bullet for My Valentine is also currently in the works, while one featuring AC/DC lullabies is due March 5.

Although the album does not to include the Pantera staple ‘F—ing Hostile,’ the ‘Lullaby Versions of Pantera’ CD includes soothing versions of ‘Walk,’ ‘Mouth for War,’ ‘Cowboys from Hell’ and many more. “Metal continues to be one of our most popular and requested genres” says Paul Modiano of Roma Music Group. “More than any other genre it’s music that little ears aren’t quite ready for, so parents seem to appreciate this option. When you look at the metal landscape Pantera ranks among the giants. We are proud to add this to our metal offering.”

  • This Is What The Average Porn Star Looks Like

Her name is Nikki Lee, she's a 5-foot-5-inch, 117-pound Caucasian woman with brown hair and size 34B breasts, she does “teen” porn, and she's best known for the size of her butt. Also, she doesn't exist.

    Face of Average Porn Star

Writer Jon Millward has compiled perhaps the most exhaustive statistical study on what makes up the "average" porn star.

"Deep Inside: A Study of 10,000 Porn Stars and Their Careers" sheds light on what makes up the people who work in the porn industry. Over the last six months, Millward dug through the Internet Adult Film Database, which is basically IMDB for porn, and compiled the data into shockingly comprehensive infographics.

Above is a face morph that takes the most popular adult film stars and averages out their faces in what could be called the statistically most common porn star — which certainly goes against the popular notion of the blonde, big-boobed, blue-eyed face of pornography.

The study uses 10,000 porn stars as a sample size for much of it, but while compiling physical details, such as skin tone or skin color, Millward took from almost 31,500 adult actors.

Here you have the top 10 first and last names for both male and female pornographic actors.
